Paying with PayNow
Always scan the QR code.
Don’t type our UEN into your banking app: the payment may not reach us and your order won’t go through. The QR code is valid for 60 minutes. Paying on your phone? Save the QR to your photos, then choose it from your gallery in your bank app.
Keeping your payment safe
- All card payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
- Large card payments may ask you to confirm in your banking app (3D Secure).
- We will never ask for your OTP, or ask you to pay by bank transfer to a personal account.
