Free e-waste collection
We collect your old device when we deliverOne old device out, one new in. Free.
Buying a laptop? We’ll collect an old laptop. Buying a phone? We’ll take an old phone. Any brand, bought anywhere. This is part of Singapore’s e-waste law (Resource Sustainability Act), and the items go to licensed recyclers.
How to ask for it
- 1Email us before deliverySend your order number to m@xps.limited at least 1 working day before delivery.
- 2Tell us what it isJust the type (e.g. laptop). No need for the brand or model.
- 3Hand it to the driverThe driver takes it when they deliver your new item.
Before we arrive
- Back up anything you want to keep
- Sign out of your accounts and wipe your data (factory reset)
- Remove SIM and memory cards
- Unplug it and have it ready at the door

What we can’t take
- Items of a different type from what you bought
- More than one old item per new item
- Leaking, swollen or burnt batteries (use a licensed collector)
- Large appliances like fridges or washers

Have something to recycle without a new purchase? Use a free ALBA e-waste bin. There are hundreds across Singapore, including at many malls and community centres.
